Please note that the arena will be using the following security procedures for all events. Please plan accordingly.

Walk thru metal detectors at all entrances of the facility; all patrons will walk through a metal detector prior to gaining access to the arena. If needed, security will perform pat downs on patrons in addition to the metal detectors.
- This is a NO BAG event. No Bags, Purses, or Clutches of any size will be allowed. *subject to change, refer to StocktonLive.com for more details.

Camera policy is set by the show, best practice suggests no professional cameras or lenses.

No weapons of any kind will be permitted into the arena. Including wallet chains

No outside food or beverage will be permitted into the arena.

We are a cashless facility! All points of sale within the venue are no longer accepting cash. Please be prepared to pay with your credit card, debit card or mobile pay. Thank you!

The arena is a no smoking facility, there is no designated smoking area.

The arena has a no re-entry policy.
We encourage you to plan accordingly for traffic in the City, parking and long lines when entering the arena.

Magic Pass
Magic Pass: $25 • 5:30PM - 6PM
Calling all hoop lovers! This is your chance to show that you've got GAME. Bring the fam and join the Harlem Globetrotters and Washington Generals on the court before the game to show your skills, shoot some hoops, and get player autographs and photos! Create memories you'll never forget.
Because this event takes place prior to doors opening, EVERYONE entering the venue early must have a game ticket AND Magic Pass for entry. This includes all children as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them into the building. If you plan on attending Magic Pass, please make sure you have BOTH tickets. NO EXCEPTIONS. Soft/rubber soled shoes must be worn on court. Late arrivals will not be refunded.
